Celebrities have a ball
for Amy Winehouse
Alexandra Burke,
Barbara Windsor and Graham Norton were among celebrities who gathered for the
third annual Amy Winehouse Foundation Ball.
The event, hosted by
Vanessa Feltz at the Landmark Hotel in London, paid tribute to the singer who
died in 2011 and raises money for disadvantaged young people.

Mitch arrived at the ball wearing a waistcoat with a picture of his late
daughter on the back.
The Amy Winehouse
Foundation works to educate young people about drug and alcohol misuse. George
Mitchell, 22, told how the foundation's Resilience Programme has trained him to
share his experience of alcohol abuse with secondary school students.
The foundation will
have donated more than £1 million to different projects both in the UK and
abroad by the end of this year.
